Mary has long been passionate about the intersection of eating well and a healthy, holistic lifestyle.

She is a teaching chef and graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. A Chopra Certified Perfect Health/Ayurveda Instructor, Mary also brings Ayurvedic principles and years of experience to her passions of food, nutrition and teaching.  Mary looks at food as medicine and focuses awareness on ease of preparation of healthy meals using local, seasonal foods. Sharing these principles within community and helping families to create healthy meals is her intent.

Mary also holds a BA in English, and an MBA in international business. She has worked in advertising and with IBM World Trade. She has lived in four different countries and moved

frequently with her husband while raising their three children. She has had roots in Bozeman since 2004 and after moving permanently to Montana in 2012, began teaching cooking classes at Olivelle and privately.

She is, most importantly, the proud grandmother of three young granddaughters.
