Karol Pollock
Board Member
Karol Pollock is a retired securities and litigation attorney currently residing in Bozeman. Ms. Pollock most recently served in the Senior Executive Service at the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission. She has also served as an Enforcement Attorney at Nasdaq, General Counsel of the New Mexico Securities Division, General Counsel of a Nasdaq-listed publicly traded company, and a litigator for a large California law firm. Ms. Pollock began her legal career as a law clerk to the Chief Judge of the United States District for the Central District of California. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Loyola University School of Law.
Ms. Pollock has parlayed her experience investigating financial fraud by, among other things, voluntarily creating a financial literacy curriculum that was used in the Albuquerque Public Schools and assisting senior citizens who were victims of a massive financial fraud complete complicated claim forms to seek reimbursement of their losses.
For the last three years, Ms. Pollock has also served on the Board of the local nonprofit Gallatin Valley Newcomers Club and is currently serving as President. She also volunteers for the local nonprofit Thrive as a CAP mentor and is active with the Bozeman Symphony Orchestra and Intermountain Opera Bozeman.
